TwoGather respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information thoughtfully and responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you when you visit TwoGather.org, use the Gather Companion and other practice tools, join one of our email offerings, or contact us.

TwoGather is a program of Last Step, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Throughout this policy, “TwoGather,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Last Step, Inc. in its operation of the TwoGather program.

1. Information We Collect

You may choose to provide:

• Your email address when joining the 7-Day Invitation, the 21-Day Integration, or Gather Weekly.
• Your name, email address, and message when contacting us.
• Feedback or other information you voluntarily submit.

Information Collected Automatically

Our website-hosting provider and server infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect, and maintain the website. This may include:

• IP address.

• Date and time of access.
• Requested pages or files.
• Technical error and security information.

We do not currently use this information to create individual visitor profiles or track people across websites.

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver the 7-Day Invitation, 21-Day Integration, and Gather Weekly.
• Operate the Gather Companion and other practice tools.

TwoGather does not use submitted information to provide therapy, medical treatment, mental health diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis intervention.

3. Email Communications

TwoGather uses Mailchimp, an Intuit service, to deliver email invitations, reflections, and related communications.

When you provide your email address through a sign-up form, it is sent to and processed by Mailchimp so we can deliver the offering you requested.

Mailchimp may also process information related to email delivery and engagement, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

Cookies Set by This Website

The TwoGather website does not set advertising or visitor-tracking cookies. Ordinary visitors browsing the site are not given cookies by TwoGather. The website’s underlying WordPress platform may set limited functional cookies for logged-in administrators, but not for general visitors.

You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not function properly if essential cookies are disabled.

Information Stored on Your Device

Some TwoGather practice tools save information locally within your own web browser using a technology known as local storage. This may include:

• Practice Diary entries.
• Your saved bell-sound preference.
• Your progress in the 7-Day Invitation.
• Your progress in the 21-Day Integration.

This information:

• Remains on your device.
• Is not transmitted to TwoGather.
• Is not shared with anyone else by us.
• Can be cleared through your browser settings.

Clearing your browser data or using another browser or device may remove or make this locally saved information unavailable.

Google Fonts

TwoGather uses typefaces served through Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser may request these fonts from Google. During that request, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy practices. TwoGather uses Google Fonts only to display the website’s typography and does not receive personal information from Google through this service.

Analytics

TwoGather does not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or visitor-tracking service. If we begin using website analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before that tracking begins. The updated policy will identify the service and describe the information it collects.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate TwoGather, including:

• Mailchimp.
• Website-hosting providers.
• Website developers and technical-support providers.
• Website-security providers.
• Other vendors performing services on our behalf.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

Information stored locally in your browser through the Practice Diary or other practice tools is controlled by you and remains on your device until you clear it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete security of information submitted online.
