Welcome to TwoGather.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TwoGather website, the Gather Companion, email offerings, writings, prompts, practices, and other materials provided through TwoGather.
TwoGather is a program of Last Step, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
By accessing or using TwoGather, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its offerings.
About TwoGather
TwoGather is a relational practice designed to create space for presence, honesty, listening, shared purpose, and meaningful human connection. Its website, Gather Companion, email offerings, writings, prompts, and practices are provided for educational, relational, and reflective purposes.
Eligibility
TwoGather’s online offerings are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the website or participating in its offerings, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.
Not Therapy or Professional Care
TwoGather is not therapy, medical treatment, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis support.
Nothing provided through TwoGather creates a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. The practices, writings, and Gather Companion are not a substitute for professional care.
If you believe you or another person may be experiencing an emergency or crisis, stop using TwoGather and contact appropriate emergency or crisis services immediately.
Participation Is Voluntary
Participation in any gathering is entirely voluntary. You decide whether TwoGather is appropriate for you, with whom you choose to gather, what you choose to share, and whether to pause or end a gathering.
You are never required to disclose traumatic, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other highly sensitive personal information. Gathering partners are not responsible for diagnosing, treating, counseling, rescuing, or fixing one another.
Respect and Personal Boundaries
TwoGather is intended to be practiced with honesty, respect, and care. You agree not to:
- Threaten, harass, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person.
- Pressure someone to participate or disclose personal information.
- Record a gathering without the consent of everyone involved.
- Impersonate another person.
- Engage in unlawful conduct.
- Interfere with the website or Gather Companion.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
- Use the practice as a substitute for emergency or professional care.
Each participant remains responsible for communicating and respecting personal boundaries.
Confidentiality
TwoGather encourages participants to treat what is shared during a gathering with care and discretion. However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.
Before sharing sensitive information, participants should discuss expectations and exercise their own judgment. TwoGather and Last Step, Inc. are not responsible for how another participant uses or discloses information shared during a gathering.
The Gather Companion
The Gather Companion provides timing, prompts, sound options, and a structured space to support a gathering. It is a tool designed to support the practice. It is not professional instruction or therapy.
Participants may pause, shorten, modify, or end a gathering at any time. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee that the Gather Companion will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical issues.
Please do not enter confidential medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other highly sensitive personal information into the Gather Companion.
Email Offerings
When you register for the 7-Day Invitation, the 21-Day Integration, Gather Weekly, or another email offering, you agree to receive the communications associated with that offering. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Additional information about email communications is available in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The TwoGather name, logo, Gather Companion, website, writings, prompts, practices, graphics, audio, and other original materials are the property of Last Step, Inc. or are used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The TwoGather trademark is registered or registration is pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
You may use TwoGather materials for your own personal, noncommercial practice. You agree not to:
- Copy or distribute substantial portions of TwoGather materials.
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit TwoGather content.
- Present TwoGather materials as your own.
- Create a competing product or service using protected TwoGather materials.
- Remove copyright or trademark notices.
- Use the TwoGather name or logo in a manner that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.

Third-Party Services
TwoGather uses and may link to third-party services including website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and other technology providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of those third-party services.
No Guarantees
Every relationship and every gathering is different. TwoGather does not promise or guarantee healing, recovery, improved health, emotional change, stronger relationships, or any other specific outcome. The practice creates conditions for intentional connection. Each person’s experience will be unique.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the TwoGather website, Gather Companion, email offerings, writings, prompts, practices, and other materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding their availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoGather, Last Step, Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use TwoGather.
- Participation in a gathering.
- The conduct of another participant.
- Reliance on website or email content.
- Disclosure of information by another participant.
- Technical interruptions or failures involving the website or Gather Companion.
If you are dissatisfied with TwoGather, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the website and its offerings.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Step, Inc. and TwoGather from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of TwoGather.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- Information or content you submit through the website.
- Unlawful conduct connected with your use of TwoGather.
Changes to TwoGather
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TwoGather, including the website, Gather Companion, email offerings, prompts, and practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of TwoGather after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action relating to these Terms or your use of TwoGather shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
